The Environmental Compliance Consortium

The Compliance Consortium uses a "virtual team" to coordinate its projects, with participation from key state staff and a coordinating team. The University of Maryland School of Public Affairs provides overall project direction and management services for the Consortium. The Environmental Law Institute and the National Academy of Public Administration provide expertise, guidance, and services in environmental law and policy. State staff helps manage and coordinate discrete tasks for the Compliance Consortium.
