Filing Cabinet

The Filing Cabinet gives you access to meeting notes and agendas from past SLC meetings, documents on data standards, and documents submitted to foundations. You can visit the Capsules archive to read past issues of Capsules.

Lessons Learned

The Lessons Learned section allows you to search state projects to find innovative compliance and enforcement programs. You can search by category, project, or state to find descriptions of successful programs submitted by ECC members. Each program description links to a document with a complete explanation of the program and the name of the submitter.

Capsules Archive

The Capsules archive gives you access to the ECC capsules newsletter before it was made public in the year 2003.

Key Contacts

The Key Contacts directory allows you to list the names, addresses, phone numbers and emails of important ECC contacts. You can find information on the ECC Coordinating Team, ECC State Lead Contacts, and ECC State General Contacts.

ListServe

The ECC ListServe lets you send e-mail to all the ECC ListServe members. You will also receive all the e-mail sent to the ListServe, including the ECC electronic newsletter, Capsules.
